    • Schedule and assist HUD inspector while he performs the unit inspection
    • Schedule and supervise any maintenance repairs required by inspector (if any) Follow up with HUD department for inspection and approval of the work
    • Rent negotiation to assure top dollars for your unit
    • Securing of lease and contract with HUD
    • Provide any and all assistance to HUD departments as requested to continue the section 8 Voucher Program without interruption
